Bucking Horse is located on the East side of fort collins off Timberline road between Drake Road and Prospect Road. This booming neighborhood has lived two lives, it was formerly called Side Hill which was developed around 2008 then we all know what happened to the real estate market. Then as things heated back up a new builder Belisimo took over and re-named the sub-division Bucking Horse. As all of this took place things really heated up and at the time of this review (Oct 13') there are 15-30 homes under construction and many acres are in the infastructure stages with hundreds of homes coming soon.
